Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actor. Beginning his career in television, Evans played roles such as Opposite and sex during 2000. After appearing in numerous films for teens, such as Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he became known for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics Character the Human Torch. Evans was featured in a variety of films based on graphic novels and comics, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim and the World vs. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013).
